on demand?

More than half of the time that I want to watch something on demand the channel doesn't work and i get the same error code every time. Time Warner says that the problem happens to other people but it corrects itself if i wait it out. But I'm really starting to get peeved. Has this happened to you? And if so is there any way for me to fix this problem alone without having to wait hours/days for it to work? And I've tried turning the box off and on like a billion times it seems...

1. no. it hasn't happened to me. i would say to call your cable company.
2. omg i have the same problem and yeah it gets on my nerves too!!! I have no idea how to fix it I wish i did though because I hate dealing with this problem!!!
3. sometimes unplugging your cable box for 30 seconds can help. This will fix the problem about 40% of the time for me, not as much as I would like but it does work (some times) Also only the power cord needs to be unplugged Hope this helps, Happy New Year
