What does a master's in organizational development and leadership do?

with concentration in Individual and Organizational Development. Is anyone in that field? How much does one make? Please, I need an explanation.

1. It's basically a liberal arts masters that studies theoretical leadership concepts from different areas. It pulls ideas from social sciences and humanities research. It is useful for those in community organizations or leaders that don't make technical decisions (non-business leaders for example). You will typically make less out of school than someone with a focused masters, like an MBA or ME, because you will not obtain a tangible skill set.
